Recombinant Mouse ADAM8 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Pro17-Ser658 [Accession | Q05910].
The protein has a predicted MW of 71.7 kDa. The protein migrates to 55-70 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
