Human B7-H2/ICOSLG Protein
Recombinant Human B7-H2/ICOSLG Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Asp19-Ser258 [Accession | O75144-1].
The protein has a predicted MW of 53.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 75-100 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Acts as a costimulatory signal for T-cell proliferation and cytokine secretion; induces also B-cell proliferation and differentiation into plasma cells.
