Biotinylated Human B7-H6/NCR3LG1 Protein
Recombinant Biotinylated Human B7-H6/NCR3LG1 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Asp25-Ser262 [Accession | Q68D85].
The protein has a predicted MW of 29.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 48-65 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

B7H6 is expressed on various primary human tumors, including leukemia, lymphoma and gastrointestinal stromal tumors, but it is not constitutively expressed on normal tissues.
