SpCas9 D10A Nickase
Recombinant SpCas9 D10A Nickase 克隆自 Streptococcus pyogenes，属于 Cas9 蛋白的突变体。该切口酶将 Cas9 核酸酶的其中一个结构域进行了突变，仅保留了另外一个切割结构域的功能，对 target 单链进行特异性切割形成缺口。通常会分别对 DNA 两条单链的不同位置进行切割，形成 double nicking，从而降低脱靶效应。
