Recombinant Rat Fc gamma RI/CD64 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminus.It contains Gln16-Pro285 [Accession | A0A0B4J2J0].
The protein has a predicted MW of 31.86 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-55 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
