Biotinylated Human VLP Control
Recombinant Biotinylated Human VLP Control is expressed from HEK293. Biotinylated Human VLP Control is pure biotinylated viral protein particle structure without the displayed proteins, which is pure viral protein particle structure without the displayed proteins. Biotinylated Human VLP Control can be used as isoytype control for VLPs displaying membrane proteins in various applications.

Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS, 300mM L-Arginine (pH 7.4).
Valid for 12 months from date of receipt when stored at -80°C.
Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
The purity of Biotinylated Human VLP Control is greater than 90% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
VLPs are formed by spontaneous interaction between one or more viral structural capsid proteins to form the final structure. VLPs are structurally and visually similar to live viruses but lack either a complete virus genome or lack the entire virus genome[1]. The envelop VLP control is pure viral protein particle structure without the displayed proteins, which can be used as control for the activity assay of the envelope VLP display proteins.
