Recombinant Mouse ICOS/CD278(C137S, C138S) Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Glu21-Leu144(C137S, C138S) [Accession | Q9WVS0].
The protein has a predicted MW of 15.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 27-38 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
