AsCas12a Nuclease
AsCas12a Nuclease 可以特异地切割双链 DNA， 主要用于靶基因的编辑。区别于 Cas9 的特异性识别序列，Cas12a 系统的靶向序列为富含 AT 的基因。AsCas12a Nuclease 行使切割功能的 Domain 只有 RuvC-like，切割后会形成 4 - 5 nt 突出的 5’ - 突出末端。
