Biotinylated Human Kallikrein 2/KLK2 Protein (active form)
Recombinant Biotinylated Human Kallikrein 2/KLK2 Protein (active form) is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminus.It contains Ile25-Pro261 [Accession | P20151-1].
The protein has a predicted MW of 29.21 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 32-38 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl, 8% trehalose, 0.05% Brij-35, 5mM Benzamidine (pH 8.0).
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for detailed instructions.
